The report evaluates OTS, a key metric that measures the percentage of TV households where a channel is available, factoring in distribution across platforms. The findings provide a comprehensive view of market reach and accessibility, enabling broadcasters and advertisers to assess network strength and expansion opportunities.
In the Hindi news segment, Times Now Navbharat led with an OTS of 98.47%, followed by Aaj Tak at 97.25% and ABP News at 96.28%. Other prominent players included Good News Today with 94.29% and India TV at 92.78%, reflecting widespread distribution across television households.

The report underscores Chrome DM’s continued focus on analysing channel distribution and accessibility through OTS metrics. By mapping real market presence, the data serves as a valuable tool for broadcasters, advertisers, and media planners to refine distribution strategies and identify growth opportunities in an increasingly competitive news landscape.
