Kolkata: LINC Limited has announced the appointment of Hitesh Singla as Head of Marketing, as part of its efforts to strengthen brand positioning and deepen consumer engagement in a competitive category.
With over two decades of experience, Singla is known for his expertise in brand building, strategic positioning, and driving growth across multiple sectors. In his new role, he will lead LINC Limited’s overall marketing strategy, focusing on enhancing brand equity and executing integrated campaigns aligned with evolving consumer behaviour.
Singla brings a diverse industry background spanning consumer durables, personal care, healthcare, commodities, retail, and houseware. He has led several marketing initiatives involving new brand creation, portfolio revitalisation, and high-impact campaigns designed to connect with target audiences.
Prior to joining LINC Limited, he served as Head of Marketing at KAI India, where he contributed to strengthening brand presence and driving category growth. His earlier roles include leadership positions at Godrej & Boyce and Avantha Group, among other organisations.
Over the course of his career, Singla has played a key role in introducing and scaling brands such as Stabilo, UHU, and Rapid in India, while also contributing to the revival of product categories for Revlon. His approach combines data-driven insights with creative storytelling to build meaningful consumer connections.

An alumnus of Punjab University, Singla holds a Master’s degree in International Business and is known for his curiosity-driven approach and diverse interests beyond marketing.
