Founded in 2015, the agency has evolved from a local creative firm into a full-service marketing partner, serving clients across India and international markets including the US, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. With operational hubs in North America, PromotEdge continues to strengthen its global footprint through its international platform, PromotEdgeDigital.
Over the past eleven years, the agency has partnered with more than 200 businesses across diverse sectors, delivering scalable and culturally relevant brand solutions guided by its “Digitally Desi” philosophy—blending cultural insight with data-driven execution. Its service portfolio spans web solutions, digital marketing, creative design, brand strategy, and audio-visual production.
In its eleventh year, PromotEdge expanded its capabilities across sectors, developing branded IPs and content series for automotive and industrial clients, producing audio-visual content for global organisations such as Fédération Internationale de Volleyball, and executing influencer-led campaigns for FMCG brands. The agency also strengthened its presence in performance marketing, particularly across quick-commerce platforms.
To support the rapidly growing D2C ecosystem, PromotEdge has enhanced its performance marketing offerings, delivering measurable outcomes across platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Flipkart, and Swiggy Instamart. The integration of D2C-focused firm Fizzle Digital into its operations has further strengthened this vertical, now led by founders Avi Saraf and Jhalak Agarwal.
Beyond D2C, PromotEdge continues to cater to B2B sectors including steel, energy, engineering, and infrastructure, maintaining a diversified client portfolio.
The agency has also expanded beyond traditional marketing services through the launch of new platforms. DesiMachines, an online marketplace for discovering, comparing, and financing heavy engineering and construction equipment, has onboarded multiple financial institutions and leading OEMs to address gaps in the infrastructure equipment ecosystem.
Additionally, PromotEdge has launched Pexora, a joint venture with Prodigy focused on workspace design, branding, and experiential marketing in Eastern and North Eastern India. The initiative also marks the agency’s entry into the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) segment through its partnership with Xtreme Media.
Further diversifying its portfolio, PromotEdge supports The Trip Space, a travel venture catering to HNI clients with curated, design-led global travel experiences.
