Gurugram: BajajCapital Insurance Broking Ltd (BCI) has announced the appointment of Anuj Saraf as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing. The move comes as the company looks to strengthen its brand positioning and accelerate its digital transformation efforts in India’s evolving insurance landscape.
In his new role, Saraf will lead BCI’s brand strategy, digital marketing, and transformation initiatives, with a focus on reinforcing the company’s positioning as a trusted insurance partner for both individuals and businesses across the country.
Saraf brings over a decade of experience in brand building and strategic marketing across insurance and consumer-focused sectors. He joins BCI from ITW Universe, where he led brand and strategy consulting mandates for a diverse client base, driving integrated marketing initiatives. Prior to that, he served as Deputy General Manager – Marketing at ACKO, leading brand, category, and growth charters across motor and health insurance. His earlier stints include roles at Xiaomi India and Emami Ltd, where he built expertise across brand strategy, media planning, and consumer engagement.
