Gurugram: PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, has announced the appointment of Amrita Pandey as Group HR Head. In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, organisational development, and HR governance, with a focus on strengthening leadership capability and enabling long-term growth.
Amrita brings over 18 years of experience across technology, financial services, and integrated services, with a strong track record of leading large-scale organisational transformation and building high-performing teams.
Her mandate will include driving HR digital transformation, strengthening leadership depth across businesses, and building a scalable people framework aligned with PB Fintech’s long-term growth ambitions.

Prior to joining PB Fintech, Amrita was Director – Human Resources at Park+, where she led enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives. Earlier, as Senior Vice President & Group HR Head at Tenon Group, she managed a global workforce of over 70,000 employees across India, the UK, and Singapore, driving culture integration, workforce planning, and performance systems across multiple businesses.
She has also held leadership roles at Yatra Online, NIIT Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Info Edge, building expertise in areas such as M&A integration, HR automation, and governance.
Amrita holds a PGDM in HR & Marketing from Birla Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from Lucknow University.
