Mumbai: STL has announced the appointment of Anshu Mordia as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective April 29, 2026. She will be part of the company’s Senior Managerial Personnel and will lead the organisation’s people strategy.
Based in Mumbai, Mordia brings nearly two decades of experience in organisational transformation, workforce strategy, and culture building across industries including consulting, logistics, and travel.
Prior to joining STL, she served as Director – People & Culture at FCM Travel India. Over the course of her career, she has held key leadership roles at DP World, Maersk Tankers, and FedEx Express, where she drove large-scale HR transformations and talent strategies.
Mordia’s expertise spans scaling global operations, leading HRIS implementations, and strengthening leadership pipelines through diversity and inclusion as well as talent management initiatives. She holds an MBA from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD).
In her new role at STL, Mordia will spearhead the Human Resources function, focusing on building organisational capability and aligning people strategy with the company’s growth ambitions.
