Mumbai: BOMBAYDC has announced the appointment of Milind Bibodi as Delivery Head, reinforcing its focus on strengthening delivery infrastructure as it scales AI-led, behaviour-driven digital platforms across global enterprise engagements.
Milind brings nearly 24 years of experience in leading enterprise IT and digital transformation programmes across global markets. His expertise spans shared services, large-scale delivery operations, and multi-market transformation initiatives across cloud, enterprise platforms, and customer experience systems.
In his new role, Milind will focus on building high-performance delivery systems that bring structure, governance, and operational clarity to complex digital programmes. His mandate includes improving delivery predictability, accelerating timelines, and ensuring consistent quality across engagements, translating strategic intent into scalable and reliable execution.
Prior to joining BOMBAYDC, he has held leadership roles at organisations such as Systems Plus Solutions and Pivotree, and most recently served as Global Delivery & Operations Leader at AquaOrange (APAC). Over the years, he has built and led cross-functional teams of over 100 members, managed multi-million-dollar programmes, and driven enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
His experience across Agile and hybrid delivery models, DevOps-led execution, and KPI-driven governance frameworks is expected to support BOMBAYDC’s shift toward structured, high-performance delivery systems.

“Digital platforms today are no longer just interfaces, they are intelligence systems that need to perform at scale,” said Siddhesh Pednekar, Partner & COO at BOMBAYDC. “Milind brings the operational depth and discipline required to ensure our platforms don’t just get built well, but evolve, scale, and deliver outcomes consistently.”
Milind added, “BOMBAYDC is at a pivotal moment where design excellence, AI capability, and delivery discipline must come together seamlessly. The opportunity is to build systems that don’t just deliver faster, but deliver smarter, enabling teams to operate with clarity, predictability, and impact at scale.”
The appointment underscores BOMBAYDC’s continued investment in building a robust delivery backbone capable of supporting increasingly complex, AI-native platforms across sectors including BFSI, enterprise, and commerce.
As the company enters its next phase of growth, it aims to embed intelligence not only in the platforms it builds but also in the way they are delivered—evolving from a design-led digital partner into a full-stack platform transformation firm integrating strategy, behaviour, AI, and execution to drive measurable business outcomes.
