Ashwin brings nearly two decades of experience across fintech, gaming, retail, and e-commerce, with a proven track record of building marketing functions that drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
Prior to joining FatakPay, he held key leadership roles at Home Credit India, Future Group, and Delta Corp Ltd.. At Home Credit India, he contributed to shaping the company’s brand vision while delivering P&L-linked marketing outcomes and optimising digital acquisition. During his tenure at Future Group India, he worked on initiatives around customer loyalty, basket value enhancement, and omni-channel commerce. At Delta Corp Ltd., he led the launch of a loyalty programme that drove improvements in user retention, revenue, and deposits across the gaming business.
In his new role, Ashwin will lead FatakPay’s brand, communications, and customer engagement strategy. His mandate includes building a differentiated positioning in the digital lending space while strengthening consumer trust as the company continues to scale its operations.
