Mumbai: FatakPay, a digital lending platform, has appointed Ashwin Shetty as Head – Branding and Communications. The appointment reflects the company’s focus on building a stronger brand narrative as it scales its operations.
Ashwin brings close to two decades of experience across fintech, gaming, retail, and e-commerce, with a consistent track record of building marketing functions that drive growth and customer engagement.
Prior to joining FatakPay, he held leadership roles at Home Credit India, Future Group India, and Delta Corp Ltd. At Home Credit India, he contributed to the company’s brand vision while driving P&L-linked marketing outcomes and optimising digital acquisition. At Future Group India, he worked on customer loyalty, basket value improvement, and omni-channel commerce initiatives. At Delta Corp Ltd., he led the launch of a loyalty programme that delivered gains in user retention, revenue, and deposits across the gaming business.
In his new role, Ashwin will lead FatakPay’s brand, communications, and customer engagement strategy, with a focus on building a differentiated narrative in the digital lending space and deepening consumer trust at scale.
