Mumbai: The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has announced a collaboration with Esha Deol for the design of its marquee luxury villa project in Alibaug.
The partnership brings together HoABL’s focus on premium lifestyle developments with Esha Deol’s design sensibilities, aimed at creating curated living spaces that blend architecture, nature, and aesthetics. According to the company, the luxury villa project is envisioned as a refined residential offering centred around emotional connection, understated luxury, and timeless design.
Speaking about the collaboration, Esha Deol said, “Design has never been a passing interest for me, it has always been an instinct. This collaboration with HoABL allows me to create spaces that evoke warmth, belonging, and understated luxury.”
Esha Deol added that her approach to design has been shaped by mentorship under interior designer Neetu Kohli, influencing her understanding of textures, spatial harmony, and proportion.
“A home is not just designed, it is curated. It must hold emotion and soul,” she added.
The actor also shared that her creative outlook has been deeply inspired by her father, Dharmendra, whose philosophy of simplicity and perseverance continues to influence her journey.
