Mumbai: Hari Om App, founded by Vibhu Agarwal and positioned as India’s first platform dedicated to historical and devotional content, has announced the formation of a new advisory board featuring actors, digital creators and spiritual personalities as part of its expansion plans.
The advisory board includes Parag Tyagi, Sudha Chandran, Jaya Bhattacharya, Aparna Dixit, Bhakt Bhagwad and Shri Kishori.
According to the company, the move is aimed at strengthening the platform’s efforts to promote Indian culture, Sanatan Dharma and devotional storytelling to audiences across India and international markets.
Hari Om App currently offers services including Kundali creation, Panchang access, offline paath, chalisas and aartis, along with devotional initiatives such as Saathi and upcoming temple darshan itinerary features.
The newly formed advisory board will work towards developing content in newer formats while preserving authentic storytelling rooted in Indian history and spirituality. The platform has also introduced a Gen-Z advisory panel to create devotional and cultural content aimed at younger audiences.
As part of the initiative, Bhakt Bhagwad and Shri Kishori will focus on animated and children-centric spiritual content, while senior actors including Jaya Bhattacharya and Sudha Chandran will help connect with older audiences. Parag Tyagi and Aparna Dixit are expected to contribute towards engaging millennial viewers.

Speaking about joining the advisory board, Parag Tyagi said, “I chose to associate with Hari Om OTT because of its commitment to presenting Sanatan stories and Vedic history in their purest form. Sudha Chandran added, “Hari Om platform, in a simple way, is trying to connect audiences with our Sanatan Dharma and culture. It is truly special to join Hari Om, and I would love for audiences to join us on this journey to take Indian history to the world.”
Jaya Bhattacharya said, “I feel people should know more about our culture and history. This platform will provide information about our culture and history while answering many of our questions.”
Aparna Dixit said, “As a child, I was deeply connected to my roots, and over the last four to five years, I have learned many new things about our Dharma. Through Hari Om App, we wish show the true essence of Sanatan culture to the world.”
The platform is also preparing to release “Dronacharya,” its first AI-generated film, alongside a slate of devotional projects based on Chhathi Maiyya, Shri Khatu Shyam, Shri Salasar Balaji, Shri Jagannath Puri and the digital release of “Moti Sethani” in 2026.
With the advisory board announcement, Hari Om App aims to broaden the reach of devotional entertainment by blending traditional narratives with contemporary digital storytelling formats.
