Mumbai: Bajaj Electricals Limited has announced the appointment of Ashween Anand as its Chief Financial Officer, effective May 16, 2026. In her new role, Anand will lead the company’s finance function and oversee financial strategy, capital allocation, governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives aimed at supporting the organisation’s next phase of growth and value creation.
Ashween Anand brings over 16 years of experience across finance, strategy, and governance, having worked with global organisations such as EY, Deloitte, Mondelēz International, Colgate-Palmolive, and most recently Tata Starbucks, where she served as Chief Financial Officer.
