Mumbai: Heads Up For Tails has appointed Shrutie Kher as its Head of Marketing, Kher joins from Kama Ayurveda, where she served most recently as Marketing Director and played a central role in repositioning the homegrown brand as a modern, elevated Ayurvedic label without compromising its heritage and core values.
Prior to Kama Ayurveda, Kher held senior marketing roles at House of Beauty — where she oversaw the India business for international brands including Anastasia Beverly Hills, Neal’s Yard Remedies, and Juice Beauty — and spent nearly a decade at Colorbar Cosmetics leading integrated marketing communications across digital, influencer, and experiential platforms. She began her career at Bennett Coleman & Co. (The Times of India).
At Heads Up For Tails, Kher is expected to apply her expertise in consumer-centric brand building, community engagement, and ritual-driven marketing to a category that, much like wellness and beauty, is defined by strong emotional resonance between consumers and the brand.
The appointment signals a continued push by Heads Up For Tails to strengthen its marketing leadership as the organised pet care segment in India sees accelerated growth, driven by rising pet ownership and premiumisation trends.
