The Mavericks and AVDS enter strategic partnership to integrate communications, creative strategy and employer branding

New Delhi: The Mavericks, an integrated marketing communications firm, and AVDS, a creative transformation company, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at delivering a more comprehensive suite of services spanning strategic communications, creative brand strategy and employer branding.

The collaboration brings together The Mavericks’ integrated influence capabilities and AVDS’ expertise in creative brand strategy and employer branding, enabling clients of both firms to access a wider and more cohesive offering. Through this partnership, The Mavericks will expand its portfolio to include creative brand strategy and employer branding services for existing and prospective clients, while AVDS will strengthen its offering with integrated marketing communications capabilities.

Founded in 2018, The Mavericks has built its practice on integrated communications rooted in public relations, working with leaders and challenger brands to build, protect and grow reputation as strategic capital. AVDS, established in 2003, has spent over two decades transforming organisations, brands, people and spaces through creativity and human-centered thinking. Together, the two firms aim to offer clients a more complete solution across communications, creative strategy, design and employer branding.

The partnership is anchored in a long-standing relationship between the two organisations and their founders. Arun Verma of AVDS and Chetan Mahajan of The Mavericks share a friendship of close to fifty years, while the two firms have collaborated closely over the past seven years, supporting each other and their clients. Both organisations also emphasize a shared cultural philosophy centred on fewer but deeper relationships, respect for craft and discipline, and a people-first approach to all engagements.

The partnership takes effect immediately. Both firms will continue to operate independently while collaborating on opportunities where a combined offering delivers greater value to clients.
