New Delhi: Hamilton Sciences Pvt. Ltd. (HSPL), one of India’s leading manufacturers of personal care and home care products, has announced the appointment of Pramathesh Palchoudhary as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
In his new role, Pramathesh will lead the company’s overall revenue strategy and growth agenda, driving business expansion, market penetration, and revenue performance across HSPL’s portfolio of brands, including Denver, Envy, Vanesa, Pour Home, and Al-Sifar.
His mandate covers commercial strategy, channel expansion, and business performance across all revenue-generating units, with an emphasis on building greater organisational alignment and operational efficiency. A key focus area will be developing scalable, data-driven growth systems designed to deepen direct consumer engagement while gradually reducing dependence on traditional trade channels.
Alongside strengthening domestic growth, Pramathesh will also oversee Hamilton Sciences’ international expansion efforts, with the USA, Gulf, and South Asian markets forming a significant part of the company’s growth roadmap.
Commenting on his new role, Pramathesh said, “Hamilton Sciences has something many brands spend years trying to build: genuine consumer trust across multiple categories. My focus here is revenue in the fullest sense. That means tighter feedback loops, better unit economics, reducing dependence on trade channels, and making sure every consumer touchpoint earns its place in driving long-term growth. That means tighter feedback loops, better unit economics, reducing dependence on trade channels, and making sure every consumer touchpoint actually earns its place. The fundamentals here are solid. Now it is about building the right systems around them.”
Pramathesh brings close to 15 years of experience across revenue growth, digital commerce, performance marketing, and business transformation. His career spans D2C brand building, multi-brand P&L ownership, conversion optimisation, performance marketing, and fractional growth leadership across consumer packaged goods, personal care, and consumer internet businesses.
Over the years, he has built growth frameworks focused on customer lifetime value, sustainable unit economics, and long-term consumer relationships rather than short-term campaign outcomes.
Speaking on the appointment, a company spokesperson said, “Pramathesh understands how to build the engine, not just press the accelerator. He has spent his career in businesses where the numbers had to make sense and growth had to be earned. Hamilton Sciences has strong potential across its brand portfolio, and we are confident he will help us realize it in a way that is both ambitious and grounded.”
The appointment reflects Hamilton Sciences’ continued focus on strengthening its revenue infrastructure and building future-ready growth capabilities as competition intensifies across India’s personal care and home care markets.
