Mumbai: Strengthening its efforts to make the FIFA World Cup 2026™ more accessible and immersive for football fans nationwide, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (‘Z’) has announced a series of screening partnerships to enable official public viewing experiences across India.
As part of the initiative, the Company has awarded public viewing rights to partners including Novex Communications, Eagles FC Kerala, Zion Bridge, and What’s up Goa, enabling authorised and seamless screenings of FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches across multiple venues and audience touchpoints.
Through these partnerships, fans will have opportunities to experience the tournament beyond their homes in community-led environments designed to amplify the excitement and energy of football.
Expanding the viewing ecosystem further, ‘Z’ has also partnered with PVR INOX and Cinepolis to bring select FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches to cinema audiences across India. The initiative aims to create an elevated viewing experience by offering fans access to marquee matches on the big screen.
Supported by relevant local authorities, the public viewing rights framework will enable a broad network of venues including cinemas, pubs, restaurants, clubs, gymkhanas, airports, educational institutions, and hotels to host official screenings throughout the tournament.
The move forms part of ‘Z’s broader strategy to build a stronger football ecosystem in India while expanding the reach and accessibility of the FIFA World Cup 2026™. By enabling large-scale public screenings, the Company seeks to encourage community participation, deepen fan engagement, and accelerate football fandom across markets.
