Hyderabad: Prime Video has announced July 2 as the worldwide premiere date for its upcoming Telugu Prime Original series Isakapatnam, a revenge-driven action thriller set against the backdrop of a fictional port town marked by power struggles, family feuds, gangster conflicts, and political drama.
Directed by Garry BH, written by Prashant Ragathi with dialogues by Tajuddin Syed, the seven-episode series is produced by Rahul Tamada and Saideep Reddy Borra under the banner of Tamada Media Productions.
The series features Samuthirakani and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles, supported by an ensemble cast including Sunil, Naresh Agastya, Merin Philip, Sudhakar Komakula, Rajeev Kanakala, Mime Gopi, Rohini, Banerjee, Jwala Koti, Ravi Varma, and Raja Chembolu.
Premiering exclusively on Prime Video, Isakapatnam will stream in Telugu, with dubbed versions available in Tamil and Hindi, along with subtitles in 15 languages including English across India and more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
The latest addition strengthens Prime Video’s growing slate of South Indian Originals, continuing its focus on regionally rooted storytelling with global appeal.

The announcement also aligns with Prime Video’s broader entertainment lineup for Amazon Prime Day in India, which returns this July for its tenth edition, offering Prime members a mix of new launches, blockbuster entertainment, deals, and savings.
