Mumbai: Henkel has announced the appointment of Pradhyumna Ingle as Country President for India, reinforcing the company’s focus on one of its fastest-growing and strategically significant markets globally.
Based in Navi Mumbai, Ingle will lead Henkel India’s growth agenda, strengthen market presence and advance innovation across the company’s business portfolio in the country. Alongside his new responsibilities, he will continue in his global leadership roles as Global Head – Infrastructure Protection & Repair and IMEA Head – Manufacturing & Maintenance within Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
The leadership transition comes at a time when India continues to emerge as a key global growth market, driven by accelerating industrialisation, large-scale infrastructure investments and the rapid expansion of a growing consumer economy.
With over 25 years of leadership experience across India, Asia Pacific, North America and the Middle East & Africa, Ingle brings extensive expertise in business transformation, growth acceleration, digital business models, acquisitions and building high-performing organisations.
He succeeds S. Sunil Kumar, who led Henkel India over the past five years and will now relocate to Dubai to take on an expanded mandate overseeing strategic projects across the IMEA region in addition to his current role as Director Packaging – IMEA.

Ingle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Government Engineering College, Ujjain, and an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
