New Delhi: Apis India Limited, a honey processing and FMCG company with a century-long legacy, has announced three senior leadership appointments as part of its efforts to strengthen organisational capabilities and support its next phase of business growth.
The company has appointed Ankit Nagar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, Arun Mishra as National Sales Head – General Trade, and Pankaj Tripathi as GM–HR, Admin & IT.
The appointments come at a time when Apis India continues to scale operations and expand its footprint across product categories and markets.

As CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, Ankit Nagar will lead the company’s financial strategy and governance functions. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Nagar brings over 16 years of post-qualification experience across financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic growth planning, corporate governance, compliance and business transformation initiatives.
Over the course of his career, he has led mergers and acquisitions, restructuring initiatives, and managed financial, tax and legal due diligence processes for strategic acquisitions, while overseeing post-merger integration and synergy realization. Prior to joining Apis India, he worked with Dharampal Satyapal Foods Limited, Modi Rubber Limited, HSBC Electronic Data Processing Pvt. Ltd., and SRBC & Co LLP.
Joining as National Sales Head – General Trade, Arun Mishra will lead the company’s general trade business nationally from Apis India’s New Delhi headquarters. His mandate includes accelerating revenue growth and strengthening the company’s distribution network across markets.
A management postgraduate with an MBA in Marketing and IT from Apeejay School of Management, Mishra brings over 25 years of experience across sales and marketing leadership roles with organisations including Soothe Healthcare, Birla Morton, Modi Naturals, Haldiram Snacks, and Devyani Beverage. Most recently, he served as Vice President – Sales at Sunbridge Agro.
Meanwhile, Pankaj Tripathi, who joins as GM–HR, Admin & IT, brings over 18 years of experience spanning FMCG, manufacturing, hospitality and retail sectors. An MBA in Human Resource Management, Tripathi has previously held HR leadership roles at DS Group, PVR INOX, Mahindra Group, and Royal Orchid Hotels. His expertise includes strategic HR partnering, talent management, industrial relations and HR digitalisation.
The leadership strengthening follows a strong financial year for Apis India. The company recently reported its highest-ever consolidated annual turnover of ₹390.51 crore in FY 2025–26, reflecting approximately 11.5% year-on-year growth. During Q4 FY26, consolidated net profit rose 27.3% year-on-year to ₹10.35 crore, while revenue increased 8.6% year-on-year to ₹97.89 crore.
During the year, the company also expanded its product portfolio with the launch of the MISK Masala Dates range and received government approval for a subsidy of approximately ₹1.66 crore towards establishing a new 2,400-MT-per-annum jam manufacturing facility in Roorkee.
