Bengaluru: Randstad India, a talent company, has announced the appointment of Narayan Iyer as its new Managing Director for India and Chair of the Randstad India Management Council.
In his new role, Iyer will oversee all four Randstad specialisations in India — Operational, Professional, Digital and Enterprise — while also holding indirect responsibility for Randstad’s three India-based shared service centres.
The appointment comes as Randstad sharpens its focus on accelerating digital transformation, strengthening talent solutions, and expanding its position as a strategic partner for workforce and talent needs across India.
Narayan brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the IT services and consulting sectors. Prior to joining Randstad India, he served as President of Bajaj Technology Services, the technology business unit of Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited.
At Randstad India, he will lead the company’s next phase of growth with a focus on enhancing digital-first capabilities and delivering scalable workforce solutions aligned with changing business and talent expectations.
