He also established the Corporate Communications function at Tata Projects Limited, where the initiative was recognised as a Promising Practice within the Tata Group.
Before transitioning into corporate leadership, Vijay held senior positions at Perfect Relations, one of India’s leading public relations consultancies, and served as Hyderabad Branch Head at Rediffusion | YR, managing campaigns for renowned brands including Airtel, Toyota Motors, Oracle, and several other national and global clients. He also contributed to corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement during his tenure at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
His career began in journalism with Newstime, the English daily published by Ushodaya Publications, an experience that continues to shape his media-centric approach to strategic communications. Over the years, he has received multiple honours from the Association of Business Communicators of India (ABCI) and has also been recognised on the Tata Engage platform.
