New Delhi: Redcliffe Labs has announced the appointment of Kshitiz Singh as Chief Business Officer – Inorganic Growth, as the diagnostics company strengthens its leadership team to accelerate strategic expansion through acquisitions, partnerships and network integration.
The appointment aligns with Redcliffe Labs’ broader strategy of building an integrated diagnostics ecosystem that combines pathology, radiology, technology and preventive healthcare while expanding its footprint across regional markets in India.
In his new role, Kshitiz Singh will lead the company’s mergers and acquisitions agenda, strategic partnerships and post-acquisition integration initiatives. Working closely with the leadership team, he will focus on identifying growth opportunities, integrating regional diagnostic businesses into Redcliffe Labs’ operating platform and strengthening the company’s nationwide diagnostics network.
Kshitiz brings more than 26 years of leadership experience across diagnostics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, sales leadership and business development.
Prior to joining Redcliffe Labs, he served as General Manager and Business Head at Agilus Diagnostics, where he played a key role in business expansion and strengthening market presence. His earlier leadership experience includes roles at Piramal Enterprises, Abbott India, Heinz India, Sanofi, AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline, giving him broad expertise across diagnostics, commercial strategy, business development, channel management and organisational growth.
