Mumbai: Truecaller has announced a strategic partnership with Route Mobile, a Proximus Global company and a leading provider of cloud communications and digital engagement solutions, to expand the reach of its Business Messaging platform.
The collaboration is aimed at helping enterprises engage customers more effectively through trusted, interactive messaging while leveraging Route Mobile’s global communications infrastructure to scale business messaging capabilities.
Under the partnership, Route Mobile will provide enterprises with access to Truecaller Business Messaging, enabling businesses to deliver secure, reliable and trusted communications at scale. The companies said the collaboration is designed to make customer interactions more seamless, secure and effective while supporting enterprise communication needs across global markets.

The alliance is expected to enhance user engagement by enabling businesses to reach more than 500 million monthly active users globally on Truecaller through contextual, immersive and rich-media messages that support images, documents and videos.
The platform offers both one-way and two-way communication capabilities, along with features including verified business messaging, actionable hyperlinks, smart-priority sticky notifications and read receipts. These capabilities are intended to help enterprises improve customer interactions, build trust and drive stronger engagement through branded communications.
