Bengaluru: EARA Group has appointed Raja Ramamoorthy as Associate Vice President – Sales, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates its growth across the real estate sector while advancing its long-term vision in hospitality and allied businesses.
The appointment comes as EARA Group looks to expand its market presence and reinforce its customer-centric approach. In his new role, Raja Ramamoorthy will lead the company’s sales function, spearheading strategic sales initiatives, channel partner development, business expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across its portfolio of premium developments.
A sales leader with over 26 years of cross-industry experience, Ramamoorthy brings expertise spanning real estate, hospitality, telecommunications, and consumer businesses. Throughout his career, he has developed strengths in sales leadership, business development, channel management, strategic planning, and building high-performance teams.
Prior to joining EARA Group, he served as Associate Vice President – Sales at Casagrand Builders Pvt. Ltd., where he played a key role in formulating sales strategies, strengthening the company’s channel partner network by onboarding more than 150 channel partners, and contributing to revenue growth.
Over the course of his career, Ramamoorthy has also held leadership roles at organisations including NBR Group, SOBHA Ltd., Talin Modular Furniture, Scorpio Event Management Company, Gift XOXO, Hummingbird Corporate & Stay Pvt. Ltd., Ace Agency, and HFCL Group.
