New Delhi: Cleartrip, a Flipkart company and one of India’s fastest-growing online travel platforms, has launched Cleartrip Creators Club, a structured affiliate programme designed to integrate creator content directly into the travel booking journey, transforming social influence into a measurable and monetisable commerce channel.
The company aims to onboard more than 10,000 creators by the end of 2026 through the initiative, which is open to creators across categories without any minimum follower requirement or pay-per-post model. Instead, the programme operates on a performance-based commission structure, enabling creators to earn based on bookings generated through their content.
Unlike traditional influencer campaigns, Cleartrip Creators Club embeds creators directly into the booking ecosystem, making them revenue partners rather than content amplifiers. Eligibility is determined by engagement instead of audience size, allowing creators from diverse backgrounds and communities to participate.
The launch comes as social media increasingly shapes travel decisions in India, particularly among Gen Z and millennial consumers who rely on creators for destination inspiration and booking recommendations. According to Cleartrip’s PeekABoo trends tracker, this shift is expanding beyond metro cities, with Tier-2 markets witnessing growing leisure travel demand driven by creator-led content.

Commenting on the launch, Pallavi Saxena, Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer, Cleartrip, said, “Gen Z has fundamentally changed how travel decisions are made. The intent and inspiration for a trip now begins on a social feed, and creators are at the centre of that shift. India’s next wave of travel growth will come from markets and audiences where creators hold more influence than any traditional channel. The launch of Cleartrip Creators Club gives them the infrastructure to turn every post into an income stream, and every booking into more inspiration. That flywheel is what we’re building.”
As part of the programme, Cleartrip has introduced a Comment-to-DM automation feature. When users comment “TRIP” on a participating creator’s post, they automatically receive a direct message containing a pre-filled booking link along with an exclusive Cleartrip coupon code. The feature is currently available across Instagram and YouTube.
Early results from the pilot programme indicate strong traction for the initiative. Regional creators contributed nearly 50% of the total content generated, highlighting the growing influence of local-language content across markets. The programme has also attracted creators from categories beyond travel, including beauty and lifestyle, food, and deal-hack content, with engagement rates ranging between 5% and 6%, outperforming industry benchmarks.
The pilot further revealed strong participation from southern India, with Telugu-language content emerging as one of the fastest-growing segments. Through the Creators Club, Cleartrip aims to strengthen creator-led commerce while expanding its reach among emerging travel audiences across the country.
