Chennai: AI-driven analytics and consulting firm LatentView Analytics Ltd. has appointed finance leader Sudha Sankaran as an Independent Director on its Board, strengthening its governance and strategic leadership as the company expands its global analytics and AI consulting business.
In her new role, Sankaran will provide strategic oversight on corporate governance, financial strategy, and operational excellence to support the company’s next phase of growth.
She brings more than 25 years of experience across finance, operations, P&L management, and strategic analysis in multiple global industries. Sankaran currently serves as Managing Director of Alstom Global Finance Centres, where she has spent over a decade leading finance transformation initiatives. Her previous leadership roles include positions at General Motors Technical Centre India, Ford Motor Company, and several organisations in the United States and India.
Over the course of her career, Sankaran has led large-scale organisational transformation, change management, and cost optimisation programmes. She has also championed diversity and inclusion initiatives, chairing Women’s Councils and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Committees across organisations.

Sankaran holds an MBA in General Management from Simmons University, USA, and is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. She also brings significant board-level experience and expertise in corporate governance to LatentView.
