Mumbai: Kochi Blue Tigers has announced the appointment of Reghu Ramachandran as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), reinforcing its leadership team as the club enters its next phase of growth.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ramachandran will oversee the club’s day-to-day operations, commercial strategy and business development initiatives. His focus will include strengthening partnerships, expanding revenue opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the club’s overall growth strategy.
With over 30 years of experience spanning sports, media, broadcasting and business, Ramachandran brings extensive expertise in commercial strategy, business operations, sponsorships and growth. His appointment is expected to strengthen the club’s operational and commercial capabilities while supporting its long-term vision.
Over the course of his career, Ramachandran has held leadership positions at Asianet, part of The Walt Disney Company, where he played an instrumental role in driving business and strategic initiatives. He currently serves as a consultant to Kerala Blasters FC and Super League Kerala, bringing valuable insights into the rapidly evolving Indian football ecosystem.
