Mumbai: Kapture CX, a global, verticalized full-stack Agentic AI platform for customer experience automation, has appointed Konica Khandelwal as Vice President – Middle East, reinforcing its leadership team as it expands its presence across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Based in Dubai, Khandelwal will lead Kapture CX’s regional growth strategy with a focus on accelerating the adoption of Agentic AI solutions across key sectors, including banking and financial services (BFSI), retail and the public sector.
The appointment follows Kapture CX’s recent pre-Series B funding and aligns with the company’s strategy to strengthen its commercial operations across the GCC. In her new role, Khandelwal will oversee enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and customer success initiatives, supporting organisations in deploying AI-driven customer experience solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
As part of its regional expansion strategy, Kapture CX is also investing in in-country data residency capabilities to address the growing compliance and data sovereignty requirements of governments and regulated enterprises across the Middle East.
The GCC continues to witness rapid enterprise AI adoption, with governments, particularly in the UAE, integrating artificial intelligence across public services while businesses increasingly move from pilot projects to enterprise-wide AI deployment. This evolving landscape presents significant opportunities for customer experience platforms that deliver scalable AI-powered automation.

Commenting on the appointment, Sheshgiri Kamath, Co-founder and CEO of Kapture CX, said, “The Middle East represents one of our top strategic growth markets, and we are making significant investments to strengthen our presence across the region. Konica brings deep expertise in scaling enterprise AI businesses and digital transformation across industries. Her experience will play an important role as we help more organisations leverage Agentic AI to transform customer experience.”
Konica Khandelwal, Vice President – Middle East, Kapture CX, said, “Organizations across the GCC are looking for AI that delivers measurable business outcomes, and Kapture CX’s AgentOS platform is built to meet that need. As the region enters this next phase of enterprise AI adoption, I look forward to working closely with our customers and partners to help them accelerate CX transformation with Kapture’s full-stack solutions.”
Khandelwal brings more than 18 years of experience in enterprise technology, artificial intelligence and digital transformation across the Middle East. Prior to joining Kapture CX, she led strategic AI adoption programmes for government and public sector organisations at Inception, a G42 company. She has also held senior leadership positions at TONOMUS Safana within the NEOM ecosystem, Yellow.ai and Kore.ai, where she led enterprise sales, strategic partnerships and AI transformation initiatives across the region.
