Gurugram: ANHAD Group has appointed industry veteran Adil Altaf as the Chief Executive Officer of its real estate vertical, strengthening its leadership team as the company gears up to expand its presence in Gurugram’s residential market.
With more than two decades of experience in the Indian real estate sector, Altaf will spearhead the company’s strategy, operations, and execution of upcoming projects. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as ANHAD Developers prepares to enter Gurugram’s premium residential segment.
Altaf brings extensive industry expertise, having held leadership roles at Emaar, Ireo, Raheja, and Whiteland. Throughout his career, he has overseen sales and operations across residential, commercial, luxury, mid-range, and mixed-use developments in the National Capital Region (NCR). He is also known for building high-performing teams and driving business growth in competitive market environments.
In his new role, Altaf will be responsible for shaping product strategy, overseeing operations, and ensuring the successful execution of ANHAD Developers’ forthcoming projects.
