Gurugram: Experion Developers, one of India’s foremost real estate developers, has announced the elevation of Vaibhav Kumar Shivhare as COO-Operations, reinforcing the company’s leadership structure as it continues to strengthen operational excellence across its projects.
In his new role, Vaibhav will be responsible for leading the company’s operations across project planning, execution and delivery. He will oversee strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies, strengthening execution capabilities, driving process excellence and fostering greater integration across functions to support the company’s long-term growth objectives. His role involves key areas such as Contracts Planning & Budgeting, Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), MEP, and Horticulture, and their integration to support company objectives. He will be a key player in developing long-term strategies, optimising resource allocation, strengthening governance and compliance, embedding sustainable practices, and delivering operational excellence across the portfolio.
Vaibhav brings close to 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is known for his strategic thinking, decisive leadership, and ability to navigate complex business challenges with a results-oriented approach. He is a strong builder of high-performing teams, driving innovation, encouraging collaboration, and translating vision into lasting business impact. Over the course of his career, he has also worked with DLF and Tata Housing.
Prior to his elevation, he served as Senior Vice President – Projects and Design & Architecture at Experion Developers, where he played a key role in strengthening execution frameworks, implementing operational best practices, and delivering large-scale residential developments. During his tenure, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams while driving operational efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, continuous innovation and ensuring timely project execution. He also led the successful execution of marquee developments, including Experion Windchants, Experion Capital, Virsa, The Heartsong, and The Westerlies.
