This Diwali, the usual glitter of lights and sweets takes an innovative turn with Croma’s ‘Uphaar by Croma – Tohfa Khushiyon Ka’ campaign. The teaser campaign saw the brand promising a delightful introduction to the world of ‘Sweet Surprises,’ all beautifully packaged with pictures of Mithai to add that extra sprinkle of curiosity. Registering on Croma.com gave select customers a chance to get a free sample, home delivered.

The festive-looking yet intriguing teaser campaign giving a twist to the traditional gift boxes of sweets was strongly visible across print, social media, OOH, Croma stores, and more, sparking an enthusiastic response with a rush for registrations with an overwhelming response.  What was left unsaid was that ‘Uphaar by Croma’ was an innovative twist to the usual gifting ritual! 

In India, we love our mithai, and gifting them symbolises our occasions of happiness. This Diwali, the Upahaar by Croma helped Croma bring focus on electronics as a gifting category. There are multiple options, right from earphones to ovens, which upgrade your life and will bring back happy memories of the festival. Croma presented this idea in beautifully designed Uphaar boxes that echo the festive spirit of Diwali with the message of ‘gift electronics at the price of Mithai.’
