Gurugram: Aditya Vasan Singla, Principal at Astrum, India’s first science-based specialist reputation management advisory, has been appointed as Co-Chair of the International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) NextGen Board for 2025. The appointment, effective from March 12, 2025, marks a significant milestone in ICCO’s mission to nurture future-ready talent in the global communications industry.
The ICCO NextGen Board 2025 continues the organization’s legacy of fostering professional development, knowledge-sharing, and innovation across borders. Representing a diverse mix of emerging leaders from around the world, the board aims to redefine how the communications industry attracts, develops, and retains young talent in an ever-evolving global landscape.

The newly appointed board will be co-chaired by Karishma Hingorani (Middle East Public Relations Association – MEPRA) and Aditya Vasan Singla (Public Relations Consultants Association of India – PRCAI), alongside a distinguished team of young PR leaders including Srishti Sharma (PRCAI – India), Rumyana Tancheva (Bulgarian Association of PR Agencies – BAPRA), and Zahra Zakriya (MEPRA – UAE).
The ICCO NextGen initiative is a vital part of ICCO’s broader strategy to empower the next generation of communication professionals. Through global engagement, actionable platforms, and peer-led innovation, the group has emerged as a vibrant think tank and springboard for young talent in the PR and strategic communications industry.
Aditya brings nearly a decade of consulting experience in ESG and Strategic Communications. His professional journey includes key roles at PwC and ERM, where he led multidisciplinary teams on complex mandates for multinational corporations. Aditya began his career in the Office of Shri Piyush Goyal, a senior minister in the Indian government, focusing on political communications and policy research.
He holds an MSc in Environmental Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a MA in Economics and Geography from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Passionate about global collaboration and innovation, Aditya is widely regarded for his ability to bridge policy, communications, and sustainability in transformative ways.
