Mumbai: Ageas Federal Life Insurance company has appointed Jude Gomes as the new Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, with the approval of Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
Jude Gomes has over 30 years of senior experience in insurance and banking, with notable roles such as CEO at Manulife China Bank, CEO at Union Assurance PLC, and Chief Partnership Distribution Officer at Manulife Vietnam. He also played key roles in setting up India’s first private Life Insurer and HSBC Canara Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance. Recently, he served as Regional Director, Business Development at Ageas from Hong Kong.
Expressing his views on the appointment Jude Gomes said, “I am honored to take on the role of Managing Director (MD) &Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Ageas Federal Life Insurance.
