Medianews4u.com caught up with Krishna Bhatt, founder, CEO Webuters Technologies.

Q. A decade ago, Webuters launched seeing a gap that companies needed agile, affordable, and accessible AI-driven solutions. What progress has been made over the past decade?

Ten years ago, we founded Webuters with an honest goal of enabling businesses of all sizes to benefit from AI-driven digital transformation.

AI was still a catchphrase at the time, and many businesses found it difficult to implement new technologies due to their complexity and expense. Today, we have developed into a worldwide leader, using our flagship OfficeIQ AI platform to assist businesses in the fields of education, healthcare, insurance, and e-commerce.

We have supported companies in taking advantage of new opportunities, streamlining processes, and increasing output. To make a big, tangible difference, we have been listening to what our clients have to say, learning from their issues, and always coming up with fresh concepts. We are honoured to be leading this shift and establishing new benchmarks for ethical and inclusive innovation. It has been an honour to see how AI can revolutionize enterprises.

Q. Is the complexity and cost of digital transformation still prohibitive for many companies? If so, how does Webuters help them?

Digital transformation often sounds highly complex and costly. The abstract terminology and upfront investment overwhelm many companies. We at OfficeIQ have focussed on keeping our solutions simple, easy, and affordable.

With OfficeIQ, businesses can get started with no-code automation and agentic workflows, meaning those with even limited IT resources can benefit. Other flexible pricing and scalable solution offerings allow organisations to start small with the intent of growing. It’s all about removing barriers and making AI accessible to everyone.

Be it a small startup or a large enterprise, we work closely with each client to understand their specific challenge and provide them with tailored solutions that fit within their means and goals. Our mission is to help businesses embark on digital transformation without unnecessary stress or high costs.

Q. The goal is 40% revenue growth, expanding into the US, Australia and the Middle East. Is this mostly being driven by data? How will having a capital-efficient, channel-first model be?

Our growth strategy is all about being smart and efficient. We target 40% revenue growth, enter the US, UK, Australia, and the Middle East, but we’re doing it with a capital-efficient, channel-first model.

That means partnering with global leaders like Salesforce, Microsoft, and Shopify to maximise reach and impact. Measurable ROI, strong partnerships are the keys to scaling fast and keeping costs under control.

By taking the channel-first approach, it enables us to harness the competencies and networks of our partners to make the latest in AI more accessible to businesses everywhere.

We will also be investing in data analytics to comprehend market trends and customer requirements further, which means our solutions will always be relevant and effective. This strategy not only helps us grow but also ensures that our clients receive maximum value from our technology.

Q. Could you talk about the R&D that has gone into IP that led to the flagship platform OfficeIQ AI?

It has taken constant innovation and teamwork to build OfficeIQ AI. It focuses on generative AI, agentic automation, and user-friendly design after years of study and development.

As a result, the platform’s modular architecture enables companies to integrate and modify AI solutions to best suit their particular requirements. To keep OfficeIQ ahead of the curve, we collaborate closely with our partners and clients.

Our team is constantly searching for methods to enhance our technology since we are passionate about finding solutions to practical issues. OfficeIQ is made to enable businesses to do more with less by automating intricate processes and facilitating smooth interaction with current systems. We’re excited to see how our technology is helping businesses automate and optimize their operations, and we’re committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.

Q. Could you talk about the company’s Indian-language AI tools that look to bridge digital gaps and intelligent automation in education & healthcare?

We believe AI should be accessible to everyone, regardless of location or language. That’s why we’ve invested heavily in Indian-language AI capabilities within the OfficeIQ AI, so that technology reaches communities who have traditionally been underserved.

This suite of Indian-language tools helps in bridging the digital divide in education and healthcare by extending intelligent automation in the languages people use each day.

Our AI solutions can hence provide students with personalized learning support in their native languages, while patients and caregivers have the ability to understand healthcare information and processes through clear, localised guidance. As we place more importance on regional language understanding, we are prioritizing technology that creates meaningful impact and empowers rural and urban populations alike.

Our commitment is simple: no one should be left behind in this digital age. With OfficeIQ AI and an ever-growing language ecosystem, we’re helping bring the power of AI to everyone.

Q. Is the media and entertainment sector an important client base, like broadcasters, OTT platforms?

Indeed, the media and entertainment industry is one of the important customer bases we are serving, especially broadcasters and OTT platforms.

This involves direct integration into their content ecosystems for creating more content with OfficeIQ AI, increasing audience engagement, and managing production workflows more effectively. Beyond content creation, OfficeIQ AI also functions as a smart digital agent that supports customer queries in guiding users through various offerings and driving better upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

We have seen how AI can greatly reduce costs, speed up production cycles, and enhance viewer experiences. Our presence at major industry events like GITEX underlines the growing demand for innovation in this area.

By automating routine tasks, personalising content, and optimising user interactions, we allow media companies to focus resources on creativity and strategy. The future of media is digital, and we’re excited to help shape that transformation.

Q. The company has looked at building industry-specific solutions like InsuIQ for insurance and MedIQ for healthcare. How is the company leveraging advances in tech for innovation, and which are the other sector-specific solutions being looked at?

Industry-specific solutions, such as InsuIQ for insurance and MedIQ for healthcare, are tailored to deal with the unique issues faced by respective industries. These platforms facilitate automated complex workflows, provide compliance support, and deliver real-time insights.

For instance, InsuIQ supports insurers in automating data entry and streamlining claims processing to improve the quality of customer service, and MedIQ empowers healthcare providers to deliver better patient care and ensure operational efficiency.

We also offer special solutions for education, retail, and manufacturing, and continue to explore new ways AI can be applied to real-world challenges. We take a consultative approach that truly involves listening to our clients, meeting their needs, and making a real difference. We’re excited about the possibilities and committed to driving innovation across industries.

Q. What impact will the company’s AI Studio have in helping digital marketing agencies better service clients in 2026?

In 2026, our AI Studio will revolutionise the way digital marketing agencies serve their clients.

This tool enables agencies to create fully customized client websites and campaign pages within minutes from just straightforward prompts, thus substantially reducing production time and greatly increasing the speed of go-to-market. The things that used to take days now do in less than 10 minutes, enabling teams to focus on strategy, creativity, and client growth instead of executing repetitive tasks.

Equipped with SEO optimization, access to stock images, and integrated visitor tracking, AI Studio provides everything an agency needs to craft top-notch, performance-ready digital experiences at scale. Be it ad pages, product pages, or full websites, the platform makes creating content fast, consistent, and highly personalised.

It also allows companies to create their own websites with simple conversations with the system, reducing friction and giving agencies greater flexibility in how they support clients. As we continue to roll out new capabilities, we’re excited to see how AI Studio helps agencies stay competitive, deliver standout results, and meet growing expectations in the digital marketing landscape.

Q. What impact is AI having on the marketing landscape when you look at campaigns like Snapchat’s ‘Attention Advantage’ and initiatives like News18’s SheShakti?

AI is transforming marketing by enabling hyper-personalized, data-driven campaigns. Initiatives like Snapchat’s ‘Attention Advantage’ and News18’s SheShakti show how AI can segment audiences, tailor messaging, and optimise performance in real time. With our tools, brands and agencies can better understand consumer attention and act on insights for more impactful campaigns.

AI enables marketers to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time, boosting engagement and ROI. From automating content creation to analyzing campaign performance, AI is making marketing more efficient and effective.

At Webuters Technologies, we’re excited to see how our technology is helping brands and agencies navigate the evolving digital landscape and deliver exceptional results.

Q. How will Webuters build on the partnerships with technology companies like Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, and Zoho in 2026 for the cloud?

Webuters will continue to strengthen and expand its partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft, and Shopify in 2026, especially as AI and cloud adoption accelerate.

These collaborations allow us to build deeper AI-driven integrations through OfficeIQ and other solutions that enhance platform capabilities, boost productivity, and help businesses get more value from their cloud ecosystems.

By embedding our AI tools directly into partner platforms, we can deliver smarter workflows, improved security, and faster digital transformation across industries. We’re also investing heavily in interoperability and multi-cloud support, ensuring that businesses can seamlessly adopt, scale, and integrate our technology regardless of the cloud environment they use.

For me, these partnerships are not just growth drivers for us, but they’re a way to ensure our clients always benefit from the latest innovations. As we move into 2026, we’re excited to deepen our collaboration with these global leaders and continue delivering advanced, future-ready cloud solutions.

Q. What will the strategy of Webuters to embrace Agentic AI look like in 2026 through investments?

In 2026, we’re doubling down on agentic AI, investing in self-optimizing agents that can autonomously handle critical business processes. OfficeIQ’s architecture makes it easy to deploy and refine these agents, ensuring they’re secure and transparent.

We’re excited about the possibilities and committed to making agentic AI a reality for our clients. Our approach is to listen to our clients, understand their needs, and develop solutions that make a real difference.

Whether it’s automating workflows, optimizing operations, or enhancing customer experiences, agentic AI is set to transform the way businesses operate. We’re proud to be at the forefront of this innovation and look forward to helping our clients embrace the future of AI.

Q. What B2B marketing activities will Webuters be doing in 2026 to create awareness through things like SEO, professional networking site LinkedIn, WhatsApp For Business on the digital front and also on-ground through seminars, workshops, etc?

To build awareness in 2026, we’ll be ramping up our digital outreach through SEO, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for Business, while also hosting seminars and workshops.

We want to connect directly with our audience, share insights, and build lasting relationships. By combining online and offline efforts, we aim to educate the market and foster trust in our solutions.

Our digital marketing activities will focus on thought leadership, case studies, and interactive content that highlights the real-world impact of our technology. On the ground, we’ll be hosting events that bring together industry experts, clients, and partners to discuss the latest trends and innovations. We’re excited to engage with our community and help businesses navigate the digital transformation journey.

Q. The company focusses on ethical AI through a multi-layered approach. Is this area going to grow in importance not just for Webuters but for the world as AI rapidly transforms sectors from healthcare to media and entertainment to defense?

As AI becomes more pervasive, ethical considerations are more important than ever. At Webuters, we integrate principles like data privacy, transparency, and inclusivity into every step of our AI development. We’re committed to responsible innovation, especially in sensitive fields like healthcare and education.

Our multi-layered approach ensures that our solutions are always human-centred and aligned with global best practices. We believe that ethical AI is not just a responsibility but an opportunity to build trust and create lasting value.

As AI transforms sectors from healthcare to media and entertainment to defense, we’re proud to be part of the movement to set a global benchmark for ethical and responsible AI.
