Airtel Payments Bank has appointed Pradeep Rangi as Chief Risk Officer. Pradeep will be spearheading the strategic risk management initiatives for us and lead the Legal, Operational Risk, and Information Security verticals. He would report to the Risk Committee of #AirtelPaymentsBank.
Pradeep brings with him over 17 years of high calibre international work experience and a deep understanding of global best practices in risk management with financial services and petroleum firms across markets. His expertise would help us to further strengthen our risks and control framework as we scale for the next level of growth.
Prior to joining the bank, he was with Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (All India 27th rank holder) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA.
