Delhi: Arte Mediatech, a creative media and MarTech agency, has secured the comprehensive creative and digital mandate for Vahan, an AI-powered recruitment marketplace focused on enabling employment opportunities for India’s 300 million blue-collar workforce.
Under the mandate, Arte Mediatech will lead Vahan’s overall creative strategy and digital communication efforts, including content planning and integrated campaigns across platforms. The partnership is aimed at strengthening Vahan’s brand presence as it continues to scale its AI-driven recruitment platform across industries.
As part of the engagement, Arte Mediatech will manage creative planning and end-to-end digital marketing strategy while building and enhancing Vahan’s presence across digital channels to engage both job seekers and employer partners.
Vahan has been working towards transforming India’s labour market by helping companies hire quality workers through AI-assisted workflows, reducing operational overheads and minimising dependency on multiple recruitment vendors.
By leveraging machine learning-driven technology and removing exploitative intermediaries, Vahan seeks to lower worker attrition and improve productivity levels. The platform also aims to improve labour supply even in stressed market conditions, helping reduce turnaround times by over 20% and enabling faster onboarding during peak demand periods.
