BARC week 11: Lizol bags the top brand spot with 30454 weekly insertions

Mumbai: The Broadcast Audience Research Council ( BARC) released its week 11th data. In the top advertisers across all genres in the India category, Reckitt (India) bagged the first spot  235449 weekly insertions. Hindustan lever stood second with 200202 insertions, and ITC LTD clinched the third position with 52487 weekly insertions. Cadbury India Ltd stood fourth with 41237 weekly insertions.  Godrej Consumer Products and Brooke Bond Lipton India bagged fifth and sixth spots this week and registered 36955 and 33464 weekly insertions, respectively. Lakme Lever stood at the 7th spot with 30470 weekly insertions, followed by Colgate Palmolive India with 30010 weekly insertions and GCMMF 24679 weekly insertions.

In the Top Brands category,  the first spot was bagged by Lizol with 30454 weekly insertions, followed by  Dettol Toilet soap with 22782 weekly insertions. Moov strong Diclofenac Gel stood at 3rd place with 20041 weekly insertions, followed by Harpic Power Plus with 15989 weekly insertions. Lalitha Jewellery, Dettol Antiseptic Liquid and Dettol Intense Cool Soap bagged fifth, sixth, and seventh positions with 15823, 14397, and 14077 weekly insertions, respectively. Amazon. in claimed the 8th position with 13893 weekly insertions, followed by Asian Paints Apex ultima protek with 13248 weekly insertions. Harpic Power Plus 10x Max clean with 12791 weekly insertions bagged the tenth spot.
