New Delhi BEI Confluence has recently entered into a JV with two senior Social Services professionals to offer organisations social responsibility solutions helping companies to make meaningful and lasting impact with their CSR funds.
Most large and medium sized (Rs. 500 cr+) organisations are committed to invest in CSR activities in order to make a difference to the society by uplifting the lives of economically and socially disadvantaged people, the environment and wildlife,but have not been able to get the desired ROI or impact as their investments in CSR have been ad hoc and unplanned. . This has often been due to lack of knowledge and experience in handling CSR initiatives by companies leading to unplanned spending and unproductive efforts. Often CSR is seen as just an extension of the HR or PR departments who may not have the change agenda and mandate expected from a CSR initiative as per the spirit of the CSR law.
The new JV of BEI Confluence precisely provides a solution to this major problem many mid-sized organisations investing in CSR are facing today.BEI Confluencehas identified this pain-point and has entered into a JV to provide 360 solution to the clients’ CSR needs.
The new JV, SAMAGRAHAM 360, plans to provide consultancy and implementation services starting from conceptualisation & strategization, identification of the right on-ground NGO partners for execution or through corporates’ own efforts. The USP of this JV lies in it providing and reporting of the on-ground implementation, analysing and evaluating the results, creatively developing the change storiesand finally disseminating these stories in the digital media to the intended sections of the target. This will help companies in enhancing theirbrand value by creating an emotional connect between the brand and the customer. This is the total mandate of SAMAGRAHAM 360.
While there have been a few such initiatives by a few consulting firms in the past, no one has gone beyond providing consultancy services and have at times delved in facilitating implementation. SAMAGRAHAM 360 is taking this endeavour beyond just planning and implementation,to a new dimension of creating interesting and engaging stories about the impact the activities have made in the lives of the recipients and disseminate these in the social media to generate an engagement and build anenduring emotional connect between thebrand and its customers.
