Mumbai: Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tripura to collaborate on strengthening the state’s digital media ecosystem, creator economy and technology-driven public engagement initiatives.
The partnership is aimed at supporting Tripura’s vision of building a digitally enabled creative economy by expanding access to modern media infrastructure, digital services and technology-led citizen engagement. It also marks a strategic step in Bodhi Tree Multimedia’s efforts to expand beyond content production into technology-enabled digital ecosystems.
Under the proposed collaboration, the company and the state government will work across multiple areas, including the development of digital media platforms, creator ecosystem initiatives, digital marketing capabilities and media intelligence solutions. The initiatives are intended to create an integrated digital ecosystem that supports content creators, strengthens digital public services and encourages innovation across Tripura’s media and technology landscape.
The collaboration also seeks to generate opportunities for local creators, media professionals and technology talent through content creation, digital innovation and skills development. The company said the partnership has the potential to contribute to employment generation, investment and long-term economic growth as India’s digital economy continues to expand.

Commenting on the development, Mautik Tolia, Managing Director and CEO, Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd., said, “Today’s digital transformation is about building ecosystems that empower creators, enable innovation and strengthen citizen engagement. The company said the agreement aligns with its long-term strategy of expanding into opportunities that combine content, technology and digital infrastructure. It believes the partnership could serve as a scalable framework for future collaborations with governments seeking to develop digital ecosystems that integrate technology, media and innovation to drive inclusive growth.
Bodhi Tree Multimedia added that as governments increasingly invest in digital public engagement, creator-led economies and technology-enabled services, such collaborations represent a growing avenue for sustainable, long-term value creation while strengthening its capabilities across media, technology and digital infrastructure.
