Singapore: Dentsu Singapore has announced the appointment of Rahul Thappa as the Managing Director of Customer Experience Management (CXM) & Media, effective January 3, 2025. This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing its integrated adtech and martech solutions, aligning with the growing demand for streamlined, data-driven, and creative customer experiences.

Commenting on the appointment, Prakash Kamdar, CEO of dentsu Singapore and CEO, Clients & Solutions, SEA, dentsu, said, “We embarked on our integration journey at dentsu Singapore five years ago so that we can truly serve our clients with seamless streamlined offerings, efficiently and effectively. Rahul Thappa brings over 20 years of experience in the media industry, having driven digital transformation, product innovation, and customer analytics across various sectors, including pay-TV platforms, marketing agencies, and content companies. His expertise spans adtech, martech, workflow automation, and deal management, with a strong focus on understanding the unique needs of brands in the APAC region.
