EaseMyTrip fuels a 250% increase in app user engagement through Netcore Smartech

New Delhi: Netcore’s Smartech, an AI-powered growth marketing platform by Netcore Solutions, has provided EaseMyTrip, a leading travel company of India, the solution to reduce its app uninstall rate to 0.5% and increase its user engagement by 250%.

The India-based online travel portal has utilized Netcore’s Smartech Push Amplification feature to deliver personalized mobile push notification campaigns, which aided the company in decreasing its app uninstall rates, therefore elevating user retention. EaseMyTrip has recently witnessed several developments and introduced new products like travel insurance on its platform and collaborated to IRCTC for train tickets.

Push Amplification enables mobile marketers to address the push notification delivery issue caused mainly due to OS-level restrictions on certain Android-powered Chinese handsets as well as iOS devices. With the assistance of Smartech Push Amplification’s proprietary technology, EaseMyTrip has tackled the challenge of OS-level restriction by boosting push notification delivery rates by almost 60%, resulting a 250% rise in user engagement.

EaseMyTrip has utilized Netcore Smartech’s data-driven approach to run contextual and timely push notification campaigns that promoted attractive deals and offers for first time users to encourage early conversion.
