Trinity Gaming, founded by two young entrepreneurs, AbhishekAggarwal and ShivamRao who foresighted the need of having a Talent Management Firm for the gaming industry where gamers can be handheld to make a career. And hence in 2019, India’s top gaming talent management firm, Trinity Gaming came into being. With a tag line of Game, Connect and Build, Trinity Gaming helps beginners to make a serious career out of their passion and past time from gaming. The company is committed to encouraging gamers who want to pursue a career out of it. Currently, they manage more than 250 top content creators in India who specialize as entertainers and influencers for the gaming ecosystem.

Trinity Gaming has taken the profession to the next level by helping these content creators to monetize their craft via brand campaign partnerships where each of these creators are now proudly serving some of India’s largest brands’ story experiences. Trinity is also a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Facebook and is responsible for the Facebook Gaming Partner Program in the South Asian Region.

In conversation with Abhishek Aggarwal – Co-Founder & CEO – Trinity Gaming on the rise of ESports, growth in the industry, and way forward…

In the past 2 years, we are seeing a huge spurt in terms of Esports& Gaming portals, what has led to this surge?

During the Pandemic, esports& gaming got much-needed exposure and it seems that it is slowly heading towards the mainstream. We have witnessed the numbers increase dramatically and gaming is now being considered as a viable career option by gaming enthusiasts. For instance, better smartphones and internet penetration have led to massive growth in the number of gamers in India.

People started exploring YouTube, few got interested in people who posted gaming content. This is how more and more people got interested to try into the gaming industry. Thus, increasing the number of people aspiring to become gaming content creators.

What does Trinity Gaming do and what made you want to start something like this?

Trinity gaming is a talent management agency that solely works for esports players and gaming content creators. We realized that gamers are somewhere lacking behind because they are not very versed with brand collaborations. Therefore we aimed to set up a talent management agency that would not only help established gamers to get full advantage of their skills but also help new and aspiring gamers to become influencers and monetize their craft using their talent.

You have said that Trinity Gaming helps Creators with a viable profession to earn money, can you elaborate on this?

We at Trinity Gaming manage some very known faces of the gaming industry like dynamo, godnixon, kronten, and more. We aim to provide them with brands and deals which can help them boost their influence level. Trinity just acts as a catalyst, but how much money they earn and at what level they want to reach totally depends on their passion and their willpower.

What kind of career options are you creating? Will this be a viable career option for beginners who are passionate about gaming?

Gaming is one of the fastest-growing industries which is skyrocketing the career opportunities for the young minds who are passionate about gaming. Not forgetting the fact, it is not necessary to be a gaming professional to step into the gaming industry. Trinity offers working opportunities to people who want to learn about gaming by being creator managers, media assistants, game developers and testers, graphic artists and much more. All creator talents are welcome, the only qualification required is to be a game lover and passionate to grow with the industry.

 What are your marketing initiatives?

Trinity has collaborated with a lot of brands some of which are India Today Group, Network 18, ASUS, and Red Bull, etc.

One of the top creators Dynamo Gaming collaborated with ASUS Rog5. We also collaborated with applications like MPL for promotions, India today league initiated by the India Today group. We built a custom-made PC for our creator “Dynamo” by collaborating with different brands and many more as well.

We make sure to give our creators with the brand’s collaboration opportunities whom we associate with.

The Growth trajectory since the launch in 2019?

Trinity gaming has grown in the past few years but haven’t touched the full potential level yet. When we started with the initiative, we aimed to help creators who didn’t know how to enhance their level beyond their capabilities. Trinity was started with a pure and selfless thought of helping gamers to flourish. And now we are on a level where we are recognized as one of the top gaming talent management agencies and managing a few of the best gaming content creators from Youtube and Facebook. Trinity became the only content service provider (CSPs) for Facebook gaming.

How is Trinity Gaming helping Brands to create innovative Branding Strategies with the help of these dynamic Creators and Influencers in the gaming &esports ecosystem?

Trinity gaming has an amazing set of staff members who personally work for our creators and create custom-made marketing strategies for our creators. The team analyses the audience, content, and growth trajectory of the designated creator and develop plans so that the creator can pull up the maximum positive result.
