Bengaluru: Glance, the global consumer technology company known for AI-powered experiences, has announced a strategic partnership with Integral Ad Science (IAS), a leading media measurement and optimization platform. The collaboration aims to provide independent verification of advertising on Glance, offering brands improved media quality, transparency, and accountability across its platform of 250 million users in India and Indonesia.
Globally, nearly one-third of digital ads go unseen, resulting in wasted advertiser budgets. To address this, IAS and Glance will launch a custom IVT (Invalid Traffic) and viewability measurement solution. IVT detection reduces non-human or fraudulent activity such as bots and click farms, while viewability ensures ads meet global standards by being visible on-screen with at least 50% of pixels for one second (display ads) or two seconds (video). These measures validate that campaigns reach real audiences in meaningful and verifiable ways.
