Gurugram: HCBS Developments, one of Gurugram’s foremost real estate developers, has announced the appointment of Mohit Kalia as Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing. Bringing nearly 15 years of robust experience in the Indian real estate sector, Mohit is set to drive HCBS’s sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion efforts.
An alumnus of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Mohit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Banking and Financial Support Services. He is also a graduate of the BLS Institute of Technology & Management, where he earned top honors.
Prior to joining HCBS, Mohit served as Vice President – Sales at Raheja Developers Ltd., where he led a team of 40 professionals across 12 ongoing projects in the Delhi-NCR region. His leadership was instrumental in driving targeted marketing initiatives for high-net-worth clients, enhancing sales performance, and significantly accelerating revenue growth.
