Mumbai: HP has elevated John Koller to the position of Chief Marketing and Corporate Affairs Officer, entrusting him with the responsibility of steering the company’s brand, communications, and corporate affairs functions at a pivotal stage of its evolution.
Koller takes on the role after serving as Senior Vice President – Marketing, where he played a key role in shaping HP’s marketing strategies. His elevation comes as the company sharpens its focus on navigating the future-of-work landscape while strengthening its engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
In his new capacity, Koller will lead efforts to further build HP’s brand narrative, drive creative storytelling, and enhance value delivery across markets. He has also underscored the importance of collaboration, indicating his intent to work closely with teams across the organisation to align on shared goals.
Sharing his thoughts on the transition through a LinkedIn post, Koller expressed gratitude for the opportunity and acknowledged the leadership of Antonio Lucio, whose tenure laid a strong foundation for the function. He noted that while the role is currently interim as the transition unfolds, there is significant work ahead.
Koller added that his immediate priorities will centre on listening, learning, and leading with a collective approach, as HP continues to advance its strategic priorities in a rapidly changing business environment.
