Mumbai: Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (HUL) has appointed consumer business veteran Koteshwar LN as the Chief Executive Officer of Oziva, strengthening its leadership bench as it sharpens its focus on the fast-growing health and wellness segment.
In his new role, Koteshwar will oversee Oziva’s business while also taking responsibility for HUL’s broader wellness portfolio, including Liquid I.V., the company’s hydration and electrolyte brand. The appointment underscores HUL’s intent to accelerate growth across its wellness offerings.
According to media reports, Koteshwar will report to Harman Dhillon, Executive Director, Beauty & Wellbeing at HUL, and will play a key role in driving the company’s expansion strategy within the wellness category.
Koteshwar brings more than two decades of experience across the FMCG, beverages and e-commerce sectors. Before joining HUL, he was a member of the leadership team at Marico, where he was involved in driving business growth. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Flipkart and The Coca-Cola Company, contributing to brand development and scaling businesses across multiple consumer product categories.
His appointment comes as HUL continues to strengthen its wellness portfolio, with Oziva and Liquid I.V. positioned as important growth platforms within the company’s Beauty & Wellbeing business.
