Share Share ShareShare

New Delhi: The Information and Broadcasting Ministry (MIB) has extended the deadline for submission of comments and suggestions on the draft policy guidelines for uplinking and downlinking of TV channels for the second time.

A circular issued by the I&B ministry stated that the extension was due to the inability of some of the stakeholders to draw up the response within the extended time limit of 31.5. 2020 and based on their request for further extension of the period for submitting their suggestions/comments.

Subsequently, the ministry has extended the deadline from 31st May 2020 to 7th June 2020.
