As part of its ongoing growth strategy, the company has promoted Amit Kumar Sharda to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Suresh V to the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO). This strategic restructuring aligns with Indo National’s plans to expand into new-age enterprises and the home care segment.

Suresh V, formerly Head of Sourcing, steps into the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer. With vast experience in building efficient and technology-enabled supply chains, Suresh will oversee end-to-end operations, including strategic planning, risk mitigation, supplier management, cost optimization, and performance measurement.
Commenting on his new position, Suresh said, “My goal as Chief Supply Chain Officer is to ensure seamless, efficient operations while driving innovation and profitability. I’ll focus on building a resilient, tech-enabled supply chain that supports long-term growth. By streamlining processes and empowering agile teams, we aim to deliver sustained impact across the value chain.”
