INNOCEAN expands India footprint with Bengaluru office, targets AI-led growth and high-growth sectors

Mumbai: INNOCEAN, a global marketing communications company operating across 22 countries, has announced the launch of its new office in Bengaluru, marking a significant step in strengthening its India strategy and accelerating new growth opportunities. The expansion comes as the company looks to deepen its presence in one of India’s most dynamic innovation hubs and build future-ready marketing solutions.

The move reflects INNOCEAN India’s ambition to evolve into an integrated growth platform, enabling it to respond more effectively to rapidly changing client needs and support end-to-end business growth journeys. With nearly two decades of experience in the Indian market, the company is now sharpening its focus on data-driven, AI-led, and content-centric solutions.

Bengaluru, often regarded as India’s technology and startup capital, presents a strategic advantage for INNOCEAN as demand rises for insight-led integrated marketing, customer experience solutions, and platform-driven business models. Increasing market fragmentation and competition are pushing brands to seek more meaningful and measurable consumer engagement.

The newly established Bengaluru office is set to function as a central hub for innovation, focusing on integrating data analytics, AI-driven performance marketing, predictive insights, and content strategy. It will also play a key role as an offshoring service hub supporting INNOCEAN’s global network.

Currently, a significant portion of INNOCEAN India’s business—approximately 30%—comes from non-affiliated clients, highlighting its growing competitiveness in the open market. Building on this momentum, the company plans to expand its presence across high-growth sectors such as FMCG, D2C, healthcare, and digital-native businesses.

Speaking on the development, Santosh Kumar, COO, INNOCEAN India, said, “The launch of our Bengaluru office is a strategic milestone that reflects both our journey of continuous reinvention and our ambition to scale AI-led, data-driven marketing capabilities across sectors. While automotive remains a strong foundation, our work today spans multiple high-growth sectors, from FMCG and D2C to healthcare and digital-native brands with solutions driven by insights and outcomes. This expansion also strengthens our ability to deliver localized, insight-led regional campaigns for Hyundai and Kia, ensuring greater agility and proximity in key markets.”

The launch of our Bengaluru office is not merely a geographic expansion, but a pivotal milestone in our evolution beyond a traditional agency into new business domains. INNOCEAN entered India in 2005 and has since built strong capabilities across strategy, creative, digital, social, content, and customer experience. The company now plans to further expand into emerging areas such as content IP, commerce, and platform businesses.

India continues to be one of the world’s fastest-growing consumer markets, supported by strong economic fundamentals, infrastructure investment, and a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. This growth is mirrored in the advertising sector, with industry forecasts indicating sustained expansion in ad spend over the coming years.

With its Bengaluru expansion, INNOCEAN reinforces its commitment to delivering integrated, future-ready marketing solutions while strengthening its position as a key player in India’s evolving marketing landscape.
