SingleInterface, a SaaS solutions provider for multi-location retail enterprises, today announced the appointment of Jaagriti Seth as their Director – Customer Success.
Jagriti will be a core member of the team that will focus on dedicated management, value generation, and growth through the customer lifecycle. As part of the Customer Success team, she will work closely with the firm’s Sales and Delivery teams and drive Customer Satisfaction programs to enable excellence in customer experiences.
Jaagriti has over 11 years of experience-rich experience in SaaS and digital marketing function, with a proven track record of leading high-performing business development and customer success teams.
Prior to joining SingleInterface, Jaagriti was the Managing Director at Meltwater, India, and also worked with Google India as an Optimisation Specialist.
